President & CEO

The President & CEO’s responsibility is to establish and execute the major goals and objectives for the credit union. A President & CEO with the Board of Directors forms policies and strategies and then oversees their implantation. Most importantly the President & CEO provides leadership, direction, and guidance of all credit union activities

Donald C. Gillespie

Our current President & CEO, Donald C. Gillespie, has over 30 years of local banking experience and has been with CrossRoads since 2011. He was promoted to President & CEO in January 2020. Donald is very community minded having volunteered and served on many different community boards and organizations.

Vice Presidents

The Vice Presidents are each involved with the oversight of the daily operations of the credit union. They assist the President & CEO in guiding the growth of the credit union.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is elected by the membership to oversee CrossRoads operations. They serve as unpaid volunteers to represent the members who chose them. Each board member brings their unique experiences, talents, knowledge, and perspective to the Board. Our current Board of Directors is as follows:

Supervisory Committee

The purpose of the Supervisory Committee is to provide oversight of the audit functions of the credit union. This committee also ensures the safety and soundness of the credit union through monitoring risks and controls associated with the credit union’s current business strategies. The Supervisory Committee also serves as a group of unpaid volunteers. The current Supervisory Committee members are:

Membership Officer

The Membership Officer is an unpaid volunteer who verifies member eligibility and oversees new member applications. Our current Membership Officer is Jerry Zearbaugh.
